As early as 1985, The fully owned NAXCO-AGENA TRAMP subsidiary, under the trade name of S.N.R.N. ( Société Nordique de Récuperation et de Nettoyage ) , and along with the MARPOL convention has been specializing in the collecting of oily slops and sludges from ships calling French channel ports , with its core activity in Le Havre , Honfleur , Rouen, Dieppe and Fecamp.

SNRN performs removal of :

* Engine sludges
* Sewage waters
* Cargo slops and/or any other product pumpable at ambient temperature and/or with flash point over 50° C.

SNRN organizes the pumping and evacuation by vaccum trucks during commercial operations ( subject no restrictions ) and, for each operation, delivers to Chief Engineer , the removal certificate .

SNRN can offer contracts to owners for ships traded in liner service allowing simplification of the slop declaration procedures by the vessel in each european port . When a signed contract is being declared to port authorities, waste removal tax is automatically deducted from port Dues.
